The University Libraryestablishes the information resource system of the whole university to provide information for teaching, scientific research and faculty professional development.

The Modern Education Information Centeroversees the management of the campus network,multimedia classrooms and audio-visual education equipment, and is responsible for constructing the application software “Smart Campus”.
