Department of Science and Technology

The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for systemwide scientific research and science and technology development. Areas of responsibility include formulation of scientific research planning and plans, research project application at different levels, management of research funds, evaluation of research workload and research performance, registration of scientific and technological achievements, science and technology award applications, examination and protection of intellectual property, and editing and publication of the university journal.
