Cao Haiqun

Preside over the overall administrative work of the university. Oversee the General Administration Office (Legal Affairs), the Development Planning Office (Institute of Higher Education), the Academic Discipline Construction Office ("Double First-Class" Initiative Office), the Audit Office, the Alumni Association Office, and the Secretariat of the Education Foundation; serve as the liaison for the College of Agriculture and the College of Engineering.
