Oversee the Undergraduate College (the Armed Forces Department of the Party Committee, the Student Affairs Office and the College Student Career Guidance Center, the Academic Affairs Office and the Admissions Office, the Teaching Supervision Office, the Faculty Teaching Development Center, and the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship); the Office of Social Cooperation (Technology Transfer Center); the New Rural Development Research Institute; and the Office of the Anhui Jianghuai Granary Research Institute (Secretariat of the "1+5" Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance); serve as the liaison for the College of Plant Protection, the College of Life Sciences (School of Biomanufacturing), and the College of Resources and Environment.
