Cai Dejun

Oversee the Data Management Office (Information Technology Office), the General Services Department (formerly the General Services Department and the Security Office), the Fancang Innovation Harbor Management Committee, and the Office of the New Campus Construction Command Center; assist in overseeing the Audit Office; serve as the liaison for the College of Animal Science and Technology and the College of Veterinary Medicine.
