Oversee the Office of Retiree Affairs; the Faculty Affairs Department of the Party Committee, the Personnel Office, and the Talent Affairs Office; the Office of Science and Technology; the Office of Social Sciences; the State Key Laboratory of Tea Plant Germplasm Innovation and Resource Utilization; the Biological Breeding Research Center; and the Cooperative Economics Research Institute; assist in overseeing the Development Planning Office (Institute of Higher Education) and the Academic Discipline Construction Office ("Double First-Class" Initiative Office); serve as the liaison for the College of Horticulture, the College of Tea Science, and the College of Food and Nutrition.
